Train your team. Build capability that stays in-house.
The problems we're usually called in for
If any of this sounds familiar, it's worth a conversation before it gets more expensive to fix.
A team that's capable but hasn't had the structured training to grow into more
Invoices sitting unpaid for months with no clear plan to recover them
Extending credit without a clear, consistent view of counterparty risk
Goods, materials or shipments that aren't arriving where or when they should
What we do
Eight service lines across four practices. Most clients start with one and grow into several.
How we help, by practice
Eight service lines across four practices. Most clients start with one and grow into several as the relationship proves itself.
People development
Building the in-house skills to run credit, recovery and procurement functions with less outside help over time.
Staff training, coaching & capability development
Structured training and one-to-one coaching that builds the skills a team needs to run these functions in-house.
E-learning & continuous professional development
Ongoing learning programmes for teams and individuals who need to keep pace with regulation, practice and their own development. Enrolment and course access will run through our dedicated learning platform, with payment accepted by card and Mobile Money.
Advisory & risk
Independent guidance on the decisions that affect cash flow and exposure, before they become problems.
Financial & business advisory
Independent advice on financial structuring, business planning and commercial decisions, drawing on cross-sector experience rather than one house view.
Credit risk management & credit policy design
Assessment of counterparty risk and credit policies that protect cash flow without turning away good customers.
Recovery & tracing
Getting outstanding debt back, and finding the people, debtors or assets that have gone quiet.
Debt collection & recovery
End-to-end recovery of outstanding commercial debt, from first contact and negotiation through to formal enforcement where necessary.
Debt, people & asset tracing
Skip tracing and location services to find debtors, individuals or assets that have become difficult to reach through ordinary channels.
Procurement & trade
Sourcing, moving and clearing goods, domestically and across borders.
Procurement & logistics supplies
Sourcing and supply of goods and materials, with logistics management that keeps procurement, transport and delivery working as one process.
Import & export of goods
Cross-border trade support, handling the movement of goods in and out of market alongside the logistics and compliance work that goes with it.
How we work
Three practices carry through every engagement, whatever the service line.
Diligence before advice
We look at the numbers, the paperwork and the counterparty before we recommend anything — not after.
Plain, regular reporting
You know where a recovery case or advisory engagement stands without having to ask. Updates come on a schedule, not on request.
Built for cross-border work
Tracing, trade and logistics engagements are handled with the paperwork and contacts that cross-border cases actually require.
Privacy & data protection
How we handle personal data under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
Only what's needed to respond to you or deliver a service you've asked for.
Enquiries
Name, company, email, phone number, service of interest, and whatever you write in the message field.
E-learning & CPD accounts
Name, email, login credentials, course enrolment and progress records, and certificates issued on completion — held in our learning platform, separate from this website.
Why, and on what basis
We process personal data lawfully, for a specific purpose, and not beyond it.
Your consent
For enquiries and e-learning sign-up, we rely on the consent you give at the point of collection. You can withdraw it at any time.
Delivering the service
Where you've engaged us for advisory, recovery or training work, we process data as needed to perform that engagement.
Your rights
Under Act 843, you can contact us at any time to:
Access & correct
Ask what personal data we hold about you, and request that inaccurate data be corrected.
Withdraw & object
Withdraw consent, object to processing or marketing, and ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.
Payments & e-learning data
Course payments, including Mobile Money, are handled by a licensed payment processor, not by us directly.
We never see your payment details
Card numbers and Mobile Money PINs are entered directly with our payment processor. S.V. Crown Ltd does not receive, see or store this information — only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Course activity
Your enrolment, lesson progress and certificates are stored in our learning platform for as long as your account is active, or as required for certification records.
Storage, security & transfers
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access is limited to authorised staff. This site and our learning platform may be hosted on servers located outside Ghana as part of our hosting provider's infrastructure; where that applies, we take steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard consistent with Act 843. We do not sell personal data, and we do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies — if that changes, this notice and a cookie-consent banner will be updated first.
Contact & registration
Questions about how we handle your data, or to exercise any of the rights above, can be sent to our data protection contact.
